Hawaiian Ola Brewing Corporation (dba Ola Brew) is a Big Island based brewery with a focus on ethical and growth-oriented sourcing, working every day to help Hawai'i farmers increase their demand by ensuring a guaranteed market for their crops. By contracting Hawai'i-based farmers we are incentivizing a circular economy while creating more job opportunities within our local community.

We’ve successfully grown our brand of over 40 beers, hard ciders, hard seltzers and hard teas by purchasing local ingredients and incorporating them into our beverages. This has allowed us to optimize and innovate from fruits and botanicals that are truly anchored in the true flavors of Hawai'i.

 

Since launching in December 2017 we have seen non-stop growth and look forward to continuing to expand our current brewery while also building out our new ʻōkolehao distillery and fine dining restaurant at Wainaku as well as our ki farm at Pauka'a with your help.
